The hardcore punk band, who played the clubs in Austria and the neighbouring countries in the 1990s and 00s, dared a much acclaimed comeback in their hometown Weiz (Styria) almost exactly 15 years after their last live appearance. Now the band is about to release new material for the first time. In their usual hard melodic manner Pepi (dr), Tom (voc, git) and Flax (voc, bass) are releasing five new songs with a political message that is clearly catchy – Strahler 80 cover included. As a “partner” for this split release the viennese hardcorepunk six-piece „Dim Prospects“ could be won, whose members in their musical past in bands like „Target Of Demand“, „Those Who Survived The Plague“, „Knallkopf“ or „Brambilla“ have already met the „Flowers“ several times. Hardcore meets melodic punk paired with lyrics, where you can‘t help but to stretch your fist to the sky, sing along and dance.
